This arm of the outreach ministers the Word, salvation and rededication to core client populations. The first and primary are homeless men between the ages of 18 and 65. This resident population comes from backgrounds that include: substance abuse, criminal activity, educational failure, medical issues, probation, and incarceration in the urban areas of the city and community.
This arm of the outreach provides spiritually mature, equipped, and motivated men and women to minister the Gospel in order to meet the spiritual needs of both inmates and staff which includes but not limited to evangelism within the guidelines established by law and the individual correctional facilities within the city and in the state.
